- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 3 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (8 ounces each)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract.
Add sour cream, buttermilk, and milk alternately, beginning and ending with the milk. Stir in flour mixture.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9-inch springform pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the center springs back when lightly touched. Let cool completely in the pan.
